Your $100 monthly Website Care Plan provides ongoing access to your professionally developed website, along with the hosting management, maintenance, and support included in your subscription.
Under this subscription model, Exclusive Consulting Firm, LLC retains ownership of the original website design, development work, and applicable website code, excluding any content or materials that belong to you or third parties.
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, original photographs, written content, and domain name, provided those assets belong to you.
Exclusive Website Studio™ offers an optional $2,000 one-time website buyout.
The buyout allows you to purchase the transferable ownership rights to the custom website design and development work covered by your agreement, without needing to maintain the $100 monthly Website Care Plan.
Once the buyout is completed, we will coordinate the transfer of the agreed website files and assets to the extent supported by the website's technology and any applicable third-party licenses.
Ongoing hosting, domain renewals, maintenance, security management, software subscriptions, and future updates are not included in the buyout.
Any third-party tools, licensed templates, proprietary technology, or nontransferable platform services remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.
